The service at Support at Home is designed to meet the differing needs of each individual. We recognise that each service and care plan will look very different. We get to know each customer and listen carefully to the individual requirements before creating our Care Plans.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Assistance with Personal care including toileting, bathing, dressing, incontinence care

Companionship

Respite Care

Meal Preparation

Domestic Duties

Escort for shopping, errands and trips out in Support Worker’s cars

Assistance with medication

Assistance with moving and handling transfers

Provision of respite care/sitting service/ night service

Our services range from 30 minutes to 24 hours per day and can be used as a ‘one off’ service or a more long term, frequent arrangement.

In response to differing needs and requirements, we also provide an additional service between 05:00 – 08:00 and 20:00 – 00:00. We also provide calls with a minimum 30 minute duration.
